Shirley met Tony Lovett, from Pilger, NE., on a blind date. They were married on October 19, 1947, at Mount Olive Church. They were married for 60 years. From that union, two sons were born.
Shirley is survived by: sons, Terry Lovett, of Norfolk, NE. and Larry Lovett and his companion, Mary Simpson, of Moscow Mills, MO.; grandson, Mark Lovett; sister and brother-in-law, Effie and Norris Hanson, of Wayne, NE. and a host of relatives and friends.
Shirley was preceded in death by: parents; husband, Tony Lovett; grandson, James; two brothers, a sister and twin sisters at birth.
Burial was in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, Norfolk, NE.
