Mrs. Pearlie Cleda Mitchell, 52, of West Augstas died Monday, March 6 at Kings Daughters Hospital. She was a daughter of Berlin and Martha Puffenbarger Smith, and was born in Pendleton County, W. Va. Feb. 14, 1920. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Betty Koiner, Greenville, and Mrs. Ann Bright, Lovettsville; two sons, Obie and Manley Mitchell, of Lorton; two sisters, Mrs. Harry Losh of Headwaters and Mrs. Mason Rexrode of Wodbridge; two brothers, Sam Smith and John Smith, both of Headwaters; and 13 grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) from the McDowell United Methodist Church by the Rev. Francis Funk and the Rev. Riley Smith. Interment will be in the Headwaters Cemetery with Obaugh Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
