"Herbert L. Freeman, 81, of Orlando, Fla., and formerly of 3593 W. Seneca Turnpike, died Friday at Winter Park Hospital, Orlando after a short illness.
A native of Wisconsin, he lived most of his life in Marcellus. He was an electrician formerly employed by Holderand and Owen Industrial Wiring Co. of Syracuse, retiring in 1961.
He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Surviving are a son, James M. of Marcellus; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Chrysler of Orlando; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Norris Funeral Home, Marcellus, the Rev. Keith R. Shinaman officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 33 North St. Marcellus."
