Tobina Lacy, an elderly resident of University Place, has been granted a divorce from Edward Lacy, to whom she was married at David City. May 8. 1910. Mrs. Lacy wept as she told the court that a week after her marriage, she gave her husband $600 which she had saved, and with which he- was to come to University Place and start building them a home. She never saw or heard of him after that, and being left penniless she was obliged to borrow money with which to support herself. She was given permission to resume her former name, Kirschner.
