John Ralph "Bud" Skinner died this morning at Chambersburg Hospital after a 6 month illness.
Born 2-14-1902 in Chambersburg to Roy A and Sarah J (Shockey) Skinner.

A member of Hopewell Lodge # 596 F &A.M, Bronx, N.Y, Mt Vernon Chapter 3 228 Royal Arch Masons Mr. Vernon, N.Y; Tall Cedars of Lebanon # 145 of Shippensburg; BPOE # 600, of town; the Chambersburg Club and Local # 143 IBEW of Harrisburg. He was an electrician by trade, former lineman with consolidated Edison Comp of N.Y.C. 20 years.

He is survived by his wife Bertha (Soukup) Skinner, son Joseph of R.R. 2, 2 grandchildren, brother Charles A. of Scotland Ave; 2 sisters, Mrs. Walter Green, Wolf Ave. and Mrs. Richard Nye, Sixth St.

Services are Saturday morning at Sellers Funeral Home. Rev Paul E. Myers officiating.
