Lillia Mason-Phillips, 87, passed away February 26, 2004 in Yuma. She was born October 1, 1916 in Yuma.
She was employed with Schwark and Vaughn CPA for over 30 years and also a member of Valley Baptist Church, The Dryels Quilters and Yuma Porcelain Artists.
She is survived by her husband Clarence Phillips, of Yuma: daughter Maybelle (Jim) Whitlock, of Truth or Conseqences, New Mexico; and son Bryan (Ruth) Mason, of San Bernadino, California. She is also survived by six grandchilfren, eight great-grandchildrem and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.Lilla was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Mason, and a brother Daniel D. Snow.
Visitation will be at Johnson Mortury on Monday, March 1, 2004 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral services will be at Johnson Mortuary on Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at 10:00am
Pastor Charles Tyson, Glenn Connell, and granddaughter, Cynthia Sylter will officiate the service. Lilla's final resting place will be Desert Lawn Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers, please send donation to Hospice of Yuma or Valley Baptist Church.
