GREEN, VERA age 83, of Abernant, AL, passed away Friday, November 2, 2012. She was a member of Chrisstown Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Boe Green and her son, Butch Green. She is survived by her sons, Tommy (Debbie) Green, Rickey (Brenda) Green and Duane (Shelby) Green; her daughters, Judy (Chuck) Morrison, Shela (Truman) Goins, Kay (Neal) Pope and Monte (Jeff) Bowen; sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Funeral services will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Vance, AL, Wednesday, November 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Abernant.
