Lisa Dawn Sholar, infant daughter of Haydon and Opal Francis Sholar of Cadiz Route 5, died Friday afternoon at Jennie Stuart Hospital following a brief illness.
Services will be held at 1:30 pm Sunday at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz with the Rev. Ralph Helm officiating. Burial will follow in the Cerulean Cemetery.
Surviving in addition to her parents are four brothers, Wallace and Wayne Sholar of Chicago, Ill., Danny and Ricky Sholar of the home; four sisters, Carolyn, Deborah, Donna and Penny Sholar, all of the home.
Also surviving are the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Sholar, Trigg County.
