PROOF IS-SOUGHT OF FRANK ARWINE'S DEATH.
County Clerk Parsllle has received a letter from George Arwine of Perry. N. Y., who says that his brother Frank left Hornellsville, N.Y., in 1887 or thereabouts for the Soo and That he reached his destination is known from the fact that a letter was received from him dated at this place. Later word reached the east that Frank had been drowned and now after twenty years George is endeavoring to find some proof of his brother's death in order to secure money due him from a pension, which the government refuses to hand over unless it has some evidence that Frank has passed away.
