Miss MARY MADELINE HAMMOND, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hammond, of Sharpsburg, died Saturday morning at the Washington County Hospital of complications, aged 43 years.
She was a life-long resident of Sharpsburg and a member of the Church of he Brethren.
Surviving are her parents; a sister, Mrs. Cora Snavely; and two brothers, Joseph and Richard Hammond, all of Sharpsburg.
Funeral services were at the Church of the Brethren, Sharpsburg; interment in Mt. View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
