From his obituary in Watertown Daily Times Apr 23, 1926
Peter George Curry, 76, died at the home of his son, W. Earl Curry, 414 Lillian Street at 4 this morning. Mr. Curry has been in ill health for the past year and a half. Death was due to complication of diseases and heart disease.

Mr. Curry had spent the greater part of his life in this city, where he had been employed for many years as a miller. During the past few years he had been retired and living at the home of his son. He had been employed for many years at the old Watertown Milling company in this city.

He was born in Canada, Jan 6, 1849, the son of George and Catherine Young Curry. He came to this country when a young man and since that time he had made his home in this country.

He is survived by three daughters. Mrs. Oscar Van Etta [Minnie] of this city, Mrs. Robert Eyer [Ella] of Canajoharie and Mrs. Edward Seaver [Mabel] of Rochester, and two sons, George P Curry of San Francisco and W Earl Curry of this city. There are also nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Interment will be made in Sandy Pond cemetery at Antwerp.
