Born in Freetown, daughter of the late Elijah D. and the late Alberta (Reynolds) Chace, she lived in Assonet most of her life.
She was a member of the United Church of Assonet, Dorcas Club of the church and the Mothers Club of Assonet.
She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Rolfe of Dorchester, Mrs. Agnes Armitage of New Bedford and Mrs. Doris Villiers and a brother Ernest Chace both of East Freetown.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 PM in the United Church of Assonet. Interment was in Assonet Burying Grounds.
