CARL L. FAISON – 88, of Cape May passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, October 28, 2012. Carl was a lifelong resident of the Cape May area. A man of honor, he was a United States Army Veteran of World War II.
Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Edith (nee Edmonds); two sisters, Alberta and Florence and one brother, Warren.
Carl will be dearly missed by his loving family which includes his four children, Thomas (and Cynthia) Faison, Carol Faison, Richard Faison and Victor (and Theresa) Faison; one sister, Ethelyn Dozier; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his devoted friend, Sonia and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Monday (Nov. 5th) at 11AM in the First Baptist Church Whitesboro, 8 W. Main St. , Whitesboro, where there will be a viewing prior to the ceremony from 9AM until 10:50AM. Interment will follow in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in Carl's memory to St. Stephen's AME Church, 2002 Route 9 South,Whitesboro, NJ 08252.
