Andrew Floyd Tillard, 42, died Feb. 22, 1991 at his home in Douglas following a long illness. He was the son of Rhea "Bud" and Bette (Turner) Tillard. He was raised on the family ranch north of Douglas. He attended the Dry Creek Grade School at Bill, and the Douglas schools, graduating from the Douglas High School in 1967. He attended Casper College for two years. He was married to Barbara Burgland Feb. 20, 1971 in Douglas. He and Barb lived on the family ranch, where he was a partner with his father, mother and brothers. He is survived by his wife, Barb, of Douglas; his parents, Bud and Bette, of Douglas; one son, Ty Tillard, of Douglas; one daughter, Tara Tillard, of Douglas; two brothers, Mart Tillard of Glenrock, and Tim Tillard of Douglas; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
