Phyllis lmogene Bennett Simpkins. 65. of Dublin, died May 6, 2005 at Pulaski Community Hospital.

She was a member of French's Chapel Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Rev. Charles Odell Bennett and Delilah Boone Bennett, and a brother. Marshall Bennett.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Windell Todd and Angie Simpkins of Dublin; daughter and fiance, Lisa Gail Ratcliffe and Douglas Bane of Pulaski; Five grandchildren. Logan Simpkins, Devin Hill. Derick Ratcliffe, Tasha Ratcliffe and Logan Bane; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles O. and Peggy Bennett, Jr. and Billy Ray and Gail Bennett, both of Radford, and Jerry Lee and Kathy Bennett of Dublin; and sister, Patricia Louise Bishop of Hiwassee.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 10, at the French's Chapel Church with the Rev. Billy Akers offici­ating. Interment followed in the Pentecostal Conference Cemetery in Dublin. Mullins Funeral Home, Radford, was in charge of the arrangements.
