Born April 16, 1947, she is preceded by her parents, lifelong Whittier residents Victor A. and Margaret O. Miller.
Janice is survived by her brother, Tony Miller of Palmdale, Calif., her daughter, Jeni Miller Kapes of Santa Monica, as well as four grandchildren and numerous cousins.
An avid reader with an expressive sense of humor, Janice embraced life with courage and laughter.
