Martha E. Jones,84,of Lynn,IN.,passed away peacefully at her residence Saturday morning, Apr. 14,2012 with family by her side. She was born May 27,1927 in Grahn,KY the daughter of William Roscoe and Ida Lou (Rose) Waugh.
Martha was an industrial press operator for many years,with Parmi Tool. She was a member of First Church of Christ in Lynn,IN.
She leaves to cherish her memory a loving son, Lonnie Jones (wife Mary Jo) of Oaktown,IN.; three grandchildren,Scott Jones (wife Lora), Brent Jones and April Jones (Joey Pegg);three step grandchildren,Beth Bloom (husband Greg); Greg Rick and Lori Tewell;and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents;a husband,Walter;three brothers,Roy,Troy and Ralph Waugh;two sisters,Pauline Waugh and Kilone Littleton.
A service to celebrate Martha's life will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday,Apr. 18,2012 at Thomas Memorial Chapel in Lynn,IN,with Pastor Doug Nolen officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery of Olive Hill,KY. Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday,Apr. 17th.
