The Oklahoman, Sunday, Sep 6, 1964: Edward C Joullian, 67, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Mustang Fuel Corporation died Saturday in a city hospital. Services will be 11 am Tuesday in Nichols Hills Methodist Church. Joullian past president and treasurer of The Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts was born in Biloxi, MS and came to Oklahoma in the 1920s. He moved to Oklahoma City in 1930.

He was past president of the Downtown Rotary Club, director of American Fidelity Assurance Co, a World War I veteran, a Mason, a member of the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club, Beacon Club and the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife Alice Joullian, of the home; a son, Edward C III, OKC; daughters, Mrs Richard Fiat (Sias), OKC; Mrs Ralph J Richards, Springfield, VA; brother, Phillip Joullian, Biloxi, MS; seven sisters, Mrs R E O'Farrell, St Petersburg, FL; Mrs James J Gilbert, St Petersburg, FL; Mrs Lilly Quave, Biloxi, MS; Mrs Ellen Lyons, Baton Rouge, LA; Mrs Alice Swaze, Biloxi, MS; Mrs Ely Hengen, Wichita, KS; Mrs Maude Mathias, Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

The family requests that any memorial contributions may be made to Last Frontier Council Boy Scouts of America.
