SUMNER, Dec. 22. -- Frank Moser, 57, who came to Tacoma in 1900, died in a Tacoma hospital Monday after an operation. He was born in Switzerland in 1874 and was a member of the Swiss Verein in Tacoma for 29 years. He was a member of the St. Andrew's church in Sumner, where he had gone in 1918 after conducting his dairy in Tacoma from 1903 to that date. He had been active until Saturday, when he was taken ill and to the hospital.

Surviving Mr. Moser are his wife, Mary; four daughters, Mrs. Rose Johnson and Miss Mary Moser of Tacoma and Anna and Agnes at the family home on the Dieringer highway; five sons, Joseph, Frank, Walter, Paul and Leo, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Kate Zehnder and Mrs. Mary Duckwitz of Tacoma, Mrs. Elizabeth Richmuth and Mrs. Anna Wisinski of Nebraska, and two brothers, Joseph and August of Nebraska.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Andrew's church here, Rev. Father Kornke officiating, and interment will be in Calvary cemetery, Tacoma, under direction of the W.M. Cornell Company.
