Eric Dwain Albea, 42, of Denver, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center.
He was born on January 24, 1966 in Mooresville and was a web designer of A. E. B. N Company in Charlotte.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Fleming Melton and husband, Charles "Russ" of Shelby; father, Dwain Albea and wife, Sylvia of Statesville; brother, John Albea and wife, Crystal of Hiddenite; sister, Meredith Morse and husband, Shane of Rutherfordton; step-brothers, David and Mark Rogers of Statesville.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 17 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Bridges officiating. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00-8:30 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iredell County Humane Society, P. O. Box 1617, Statesville, NC 28687.
