George Elmer Rexroat, 64, of 15531 N. Vonachen Drive died Saturday, Feb. 25, 1995, at his residence.

Born Feb. 4, 1931, in Richland County to Britton and Velma L. Weidner Rexroat, he married Betty Hunley on Feb. 18, 1951, in Passport. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons, George David of Springfield and Keith Allen of Chillicothe; two daughters, Cindy Whipple of East Moline and Linda Ryan of Chillicothe; and one brother, Willard of Overland Park. Kan.

He was a cook at Caterpillar Inc. He then was parts manager for 32 years, working for Koch Motors, Chillicothe Cartage Co., Bush-Holloway, Kenyon Trucking Equipment and Foley-Gill, retiring in August 1994.

Burial will be in LaSalle Cemetery in Chillicothe.
