Lawrence H. Droze, Sr. of 175-A Poplar Lane, North Charleston, died Saturday at a local hospital.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Struhr's North Area Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Droze was born Feb. 2, 1902 in Dorchester County, A son of the late Joseph Droze and Mrs. Annie Spell Droze. He was a retired carpenter and a Baptist.
Surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Juanita Bradshaw Droze of North Charleston; two sons, Billy Droze of Greer and Lawrence H. Droze, Jr. of North Charleston; a daughter Mrs.Barbara Ann Jacques of North Charleston; a brother Freddie F. Droze of Summerville; two grand-children.
Lawrence had another brother name Phillip Strobel.
