Mrs. Edmund B. Arehart, Sr.
Mrs. Ann C. Arehart, 71, of Gun Lake, formerly of South Bend, died Monday afternoon in Blodgett Memorial Hospital, Grand Rapids, Mich. Her surviors are a son, Edmund B. Arehart, Jr. of Houston, Texas, two daughters, Mrs. Robert Pierce of Rodkford, Mich., and Mrs. Ronald Smith, of Blackwood, N.J.; eight grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Beutter; a step-brother, Edward M. Wartha, both of South Bend; four step-sisters, Mrs. Mary Valleau of Rockford, Ill.; Mrs. Leo Goepfrich, South Bend; Mrs. Arden Mendel, of Warsaw, and Mrs. Garold Brothers, South Bend. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of Consolation Church, Rockford, Mich. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Hopkins, Mich. Friends may call in the Pierce Funeral Home in Rockford.
