Mrs. Elizabeth Bohnenkamp, 70, died at her home last Friday. She had been ill for almost a year.

FUNERAL RITES April 8, 1935
WEST POINT, IOwa,
(Special to the Democrat).-
-Funeral services for Mrs, Elizabeth Bohnenkamp, 70 who died at her home in West Point Friday evening were held at St. Mary's. Catholic church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. John Schert citiciating with requiem high mass. Interment was made in Calvary cemetery. The Rosary society of which deceased was a member attended in a body. The pall bearers were six grandsons, Deonard Kramer, Richard Kramer, Raymond Kramer, Paul Lake, Frank Lake, Lenis Kramer.
Mrs. Bohnenkamp. whose maiden name was Elizabeth Otte was born in West Point. She was united in marriage to Frank Lake of Fort Madison, who preceded her in death, Later she was married to H. J. Bohnenkamp in West Point and resided on a farm south of town. Mr. Bohnenkamp died 35 years ago. The deceased is survived by the following relatives; three daughters, Mrs. George Kaltetleiter, West Point, Mrs. Fred Kramer west of West Point, Mrs. Henry Kramer, Fort Madison, two sons preceded her in death, Two step-sons Joe and Henry Bohnenkamp, three step-daughters, Mrs. Catherine Manke and Mrs. Fred Buechel, Fort Madison, Mrs. Anna Menke, Aurora, Ill. two sisters, Mrs. Anna Jaeger, Maryville, Mo., Mrs. Lena McGrath, Chicago, live brothers, Frank, Fort Madison, John and William Otte, West Point, George Otte, Ottumwa, Theodore Otte, Valley Junction, Iowa, twenty-five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Among those attending from a distance were Mrs. Anna Jaeger and daughter Bernadine and son Alvis, Maryville Mo. Mr. and Mrs. George Utte, Ottumwa, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kramer and family, Mrs. Mary Lake and sons Frank and Paul, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Otte, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bohnenkamp and family, Mr.and Mrs. Fred Buechel and family, Mr, and Mrs. Paul Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kramer. Mrg. Joseph Baumgarden, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Sloat, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Al Poblmeyer, Mr. and Mrs. Al Rohdy, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Ort, Mr, and Mrs. William Otte, Albert Otte, Mrs. Mary Zumbroegel, Mrs. Herman Menke and daughter Mary Jane, Mrs. Anna Greitens and son Gus, Mies Ida Otte, Mr. and Mrs. Willam Culligan, Miss Gertrude Clark all of Fort Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Kramer of Croton Iowa
