She was born August 19, 1894 in the Town of Birnamwood, the daughter of the late William and Ernestine (Borchardt) Bredendick.
On July 19, 1919 Ernestine was united in marriage to Richard Aggen in Wittenberg. He survives.
In addition to her husband survivors include one daughter, Arvilla (Gerald) Bernarde; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Robert Baker, Alvina Lubke and Mrs. Ernest Prengel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters, including Martha Liesch.
Funeral services were held July 31, 1972 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Richard Borchardt officiated.
