Bobby grew up in Lovington and attended Lovington schools, graduating in 1981. He was a big fan of sports. He played little league and football. Bobby helped everyone that came into his path. He was a handy-jack of all trades person and he loved being around people and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by one sister: Rebecca Lynn Shannon; his grandmother: Maureen Horton Collins; his grandfather: Bill Horton; his step-grandfather: Earl Collins; and one nephew: Jerry Hodge.
He is survived by his parents; three brothers: Steven Dane and wife Cheryl Foster of Las Vegas, NV, Michael Scott and wife Donna Foster of Midland, TX, and Forrest Dale Henry of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters: Robin and husband Danny Johnson of Lovington, NM and Cindy and husband Russell Hasseloff of Corpus Cristi, TX; and eleven nieces and nephews, Daniel, Rebecca, Courtney, Laramie, Shane, Savannah, Lance, J. P. Allison, Gabe and Amy.
