FELIX MATTINGLY SUCCUMBS AT 71
Felix N. Mattingly, 71 year old retired farmer of the Raywick community died at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, 1969, at the Norton's Infirmary, Louisville, where he had been under treatment five days. Mr. Mattingly was a son of the late John Thomas and Mary Alice Cecil Mattingly. He made his home in Raywick. Survivors include his widow, Daisy Catherine Lee; four daughters, Mrs. Paul Eldridge, Louisville, Mrs. Roy McIntyre, Loretto, Mrs. Grover Mattingly, Raywick, and Mrs. Jimmy Cox, Louisville; a brother, Clell Mattingly, Raywick; a sister, Mrs. Spalding Lee, Louisville and seven grandchildren. The Rev. Thomas Caldwell conducted the funeral at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Xavier Church, Raywick, with burial in the church cemetery. Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Henry, Gary, Pete and Jake Mattingly, Bill and David McCauley.

Especially do we thank Dr. Eastridge and Dr. Wilber, the nurses at the Mary Immaculate Hospital, Bosley Funeral Home, Fathers Caldwell and Lee, and the donors of flowers, food, and Masses.
