Earnest Floyd Dingler, aged 69, of Kirby, died in a Hot Springs hospital Thursday, July 21.
He was born Oct. 21, 1913 in Kirby, the son of Fletcher A. Dingler and Julia Taylor Dingler. He was a lifetime resident of Kirby, a retired timber worker and a Baptist.
Married to Odessa "Dessie" Turner.
Survivors include: one son, Leonard Dingler of Murfressboro; one daughter, Ernestine Welch of Glenwood; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Paslay of Waco, TX; and two granddaughters.
Graveside services were held in Salem Cemetery with Rev. Earl Fuller officiating. Arrangements and burial by Davis Funeral Home.
