Golda Marie Andrews of Alton, MO, daughter of the late Lynn and Maude Lance Fanning was born Aug 11, 1903 at Alton, MO, and departed this life March 22 at West Vue Nursing Home at West Plains, MO at the age of 79 years. She was united in marriage Jan. 1, 1926 at Alton, MO to Ray Andrews Sr., who preceded her in death Aug. 12, 1961.
Her parents also preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Nebo Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include 2 sons, Ray Andrews Jr. and Joe Andrews, both of Alton, MO; one daughter, Delores Hariell of Alton, MO; 2 brothers, Guy Fanning and Charley Fanning of Alton, MO; 2 sisters, Juanita Oakes of West Plains, MO; and Agnes Wiggs of Alton, MO; 4 grandsons; and one great-grandson.
Services were March 25 at Cave Springs Freewill Baptist Church, with Oren Barton and James Johnson officiating.
Burial in Cave Springs Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
