A native of Cleveland County, she retired from Shelby Mill and Dover Mill. She was a charter member of Shelby Freewill Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late John W. Hull and Mary M. Hull.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Odus Bell, brothers, Woodrow Hull, Eugene Hull, James Hull and Bobby G. Hull and sisters, Maudie Poston, Pauline Walker and Helen Martin preceded her in death.
She is survived by daughters, Priscilla Wray and husband, Gene, of Shelby and Joyce McGuire and husband, Jerry, of Mooresville; sons, Steve Bell and wife, Linnie of Shelby, Kenneth Bell and wife, Carolyn, of Fresno, Calif. and Gary Bell and wife, Karen, of Boiling Springs; grandchildren, Tammy Branton, Tony Wray, Cliff Bell, Crystal Blum, Eric Bell, Maggie Flowers, Jenny McGuire, Joseph McGuire and Jacob Bell; and 10 great-grandchildren.
