Brian Walter Burrer, 36, died Wednesday Dec. 1, 2004 at Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 624 N. Jay St., Aberdeen, with Rev. John Farden and Rev. Jais Tinglund officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Brian Walter Burrer was born June 28, 1968 at Aberdeen, SD to Walter & Cora (Neuhardt) Burrer. He was raised in Aberdeen and graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 1986. After graduation he worked at Super 8 East for 15 years. In November of 2003 he started working at Aman Collection Services "A.C.S." where he worked until shortly before his death.

He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, a Northern State Wolves fan, and he also loved the Yankees, the Lakers, and playing golf. He loved spending time with his two nephews and never a time without giving them a piggy back ride.
Survivors include his mother, Cora Burrer of Aberdeen; his fiance Joy Behl of Aberdeen; one sister Kathy (Larry) Licht of Parker; and two nephews, Aaron Licht and Austin Licht of Parker; his grandmother , Dorothy Neuhardt of Aberdeen and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandfather.
Honorary casket bearers will be Jon Hoffman, Rob Moore, Paul Opp, Thomas Borge, Tammy Huss, Doug Burrer, Josh Neuhardt, Tammy LeBrun, Jo Waddell, Lynn Behl, Lee Behl, Wayne Pierson and all A.C.S. Team members.

Active casket bearers will be Mike Hottman, Tod Borge, Larry Licht, Lynn Neuhardt, Jerry Glatt and Shane Moore
