--Albert A.(sic) Forker, 49, of 323 East Second Street, died Friday in Dukes Memorial Hospital. He had been ill since Aug. 16.
--Born May 20, 1913, a son of John and Lavina (Crusan) Forker in Greensburg, he came to Peru several years ago from Logansport.
--Mr. Forker, an employe of the Peru Foundry Do., was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles at Logansport.
--Surviving are three sons, John J. Forker of Logansport; Albert J. Forker Jr., of Peru and Roanld E. Forker of Logansport; three daughters, Mrs. Claudette Fry, Mrs. Alberta Fry and Jacqueline Forker, all of Logansport; a brother, Clarence Forker of Route 4, Logansport; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Birnell of Walton and Mrs. Dorothy Birnell of Logansport and eight grandchildren.
--Friends may call at the McCloskey-Hamilton-Kahle Funeral Home, Sixteenth and Broadway, Logansport, after 7 p.m. Saturday. Final rites are pending.
