--Albert F. "Skip" Forker, Jr., 45, Roger Hall, died Thursday in his residence.
--Born May 17, 1944, in Logansport, he was the son of Albert F. and Dorothy E. Zellers Forker.
--He was a psychiatric attendant at Logansport State Hospital. He was a member of the Veterans Foreign Wars post #3790, and American Legion post #60.
--Survivors are his mother, three sisters, Claudette M. Peters, Rt. 6, Patricia A. Daniels, 1215 Sycamore St., and Alberta F. Fry, 31 Park Ave.; one brother, John J. "Jack" Forker, Largo, Fla.; one half sister, Jackie Sue Fultz, 211 W. Ottawa St.; two stepbrothers; one stepsister; several nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
--Services will be held at 10:30 Monday in McCloskey-Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home. The Rev. Dan Motto will officiate. Burial with military rites, will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.
--Friends may call from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.mm. Saturday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Heart Fund.
