Rex D. Lawless, 72, of Shelbyville died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2001, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born Feb. 1, 1929, in Shelbyville, he was he son of Glenn E. and Opal (Sosbe) Lawless. He was preceded in death by one sister. Mr. Lawless had been employed at Shelbyville-Shelby County Public Library and the former J.G. DePrez Company. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Forest Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. James Horner officiating. No visitation will be observed. Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, is handling the arrangements.
