She was born March 28, 1898, a daughter of Frank and Fannie Flaherty Cutler. She married Orville Addis, in Princeville in 1920. Mrs. Addis was a retired teacher, teaching in West Jersey, Monica, Princeville and Dunlap areas.
Surviving are two sons, Robert F. of Bellevue, Wash., and John O. of Lafayette, five grandsons; and a twin sister, Mrs. Roy (Grace) Mosher of Princeville.
Her husband and two brothers preceded her in death.
She was a member of the West Jersey Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held in Bouton-Hammitt Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Princeville Cemetery.
