The funeral for Maude Carlson, 89, formerly of Lecompton, who died Thursday in a DeSoto rest home, will be 10 a. m. Tuesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

Mrs. Carlson, born Feb. 24, 1885, in Thompsonville, had been a patient at the rest home since November, 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Elmer C., Rt. 3, and Ross, Rt. 5; a daughter, Faye Burr, Newport Beach, Calif; three sisters, Pearl A. Zebb, Topeka, Gertrude Adams, Yakimo, Wash., Mollie Lundy, 343 Ill.; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Officiating at the funeral service will be the Rev. Samuel Pickenpaugh. Burial will be in Lecompton Cemetery.

The family prefers memorials to the American Cancer Society.
