BORN in Leon Junction Comm. of Coryell Co. 10/12/1909 to the late M/M Sam Tilton Powers. Married James H. Hill at Marlin 3/24/1938. Member of Community Baptist Church of Rockdale. Preceded in death by husband on 2/19/1973; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

SURVIVORS: 2 brothers, R.C. Powers of San Antonio and Jim Powers of San Antonio; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
