Macomb, IL - Roberta "Bertie Ann" Barnes, 66, a resident of Wesley Village in Macomb, died at 4:31 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at Wesley Village.

She was born September 19, 1940 in Table Grove, daughter of Herman Adolph and Eunice Frances Sandidge Chenoweth.

She is survived by two sons, Myron (Kathy) Sinnett and Mike Sinnett; two daughters, Marsha (Jack) Brown and Mindy (Sam) Sloat; two brothers, Ron Chenoweth and Jim Chenoweth; three sisters, Barbara Ault, Frances Allison and Norma Brown; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, and two grandchildren, Douglas and Mitchell Harper.

She had worked at Chenoweth Implement, and then worked 10 years for the McDonough County Housing Authority. She loved horses and had been active for many years showing Quarter, Palamino and Stock Horses in Illinois.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
