Jenny married Ernest Aeschbacher on November 13, 1922 in Rexburg, Idaho. They became parents to seven children: Grant, Lyle, Leon, Joyce, Don, Elaine, and Leroy. Jenny and Ernest farmed in Archer, Idaho working together. While the children were still small Ernest was rushed to Salt Lake City, Utah to have a lung removed because of cancer.
In 1953 they moved to a farm in Rigby but stayed there only one year before moving to Idaho Falls. They purchased two apartment houses and Jenny went to work at the Rogers Hotel. A year later Ernest died leaving Jenny to manage the apartments alone. Due to surgery her health began to fail forcing her to retire at age 73.
Jenny took many trips with her children and grandchildren. They went to Canada, Oregon, California, Yellowstone Park, and camping and huckleberry outings.
On February 27, 1981, one of Jenny's grandsons stopped by the house to visit. He could see her sitting in her favorite rocking chair watching TV but he couldn't get her to come to the door and let him in. He went home to report to his family and that was how they found her. She had cleaned the house and had freshly baked bread on the counter ready for supper and Jenny had gone Home.
