Amos Bassett, about 72, died yesterday, apparently while trying to put out a fire that destroyed his trailer home at Edgewood.
State Policeman Don McElroy said the body was found about 200 yards from the trailer which was still afire.
A coroner's jury decided death was from natural causes.
The officer said it appeared as if Mr. Bassett might have had a heart attack from exertion.
