Ben Caldwell died
Mrs. Katherine Steltz and Miss Pauline Steltz received word Tuesday of the death of Ben Caldwell of Sedro Wooley, Wash. The Caldwells are former residents of Genesee, Mrs. Caldwell being a daughter of Mrs. Steltz. The deceased is survived by his widow; one son, Conrad, of Salida, Calif., and two grand children. One son, William, lost his life in World War I, and a daughter, Margaret, passed away when the family resided in Kansas.
Funeral services will be at Sedro Wooley today (Friday) and the remains brought to Genesee for burial at the City Cemetery Saturday afternoon when graveside services will be held. The body is expected to arrive in Moscow at noon Saturday.
