Peacefully at the Portage Hospital on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, Mr. Camille Bernard of St. Claude, Manitoba passed away at the age of 92 years.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife Alice (née Pilloud); 4 children: Claudette (Daniel) Dupasquier, Arthur (Cecilia), Rachelle Bernard and Noël Bernard; 9 grandchildren: Stephanie (Josh), Danielle (Cody), Pierre, Nicole, Neil, Samantha, Justin, Stephan (Melissa) and Colin and one great granddaughter Genevieve. He also leaves to mourn one sister Anne-Marie Gougeon and in-laws: Maurice (Florence) Pilloud, Noel Pilloud, Bernadette Syganiec, Arthur Pilloud, Rose (Lucien) Vaillant and Marguerite Painchaud as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Camille was predeceased by his parents Jean-François and Marie (née Montes) Bernard, parents-in-law Joseph and Rachel (née Lee) Pilloud, grandson Jerome Bernard, brothers and sisters: Florien, Fannie (William) West, Claudius, Victoire (Henri) Leclerc, Léon (Fernande), Suzanne (Donald) West, Gabriel (Thérèse) and Raphael (Virginie); in-laws: George Gougeon, Albertine (Pierre) Wanlin, Ann-Marie (Andre) Bibault, Philomene (Gustave) Chaperon, Joseph Pilloud, Therese (Gabriel) Bernard, Cecile (Paul) Rey, Yvette Pilloud, Walter Syganiec and Henri Painchaud.

Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, April 4, 2013. Recitation of the Rosary and Video Tribute at 1:30, Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. followed by Interment in the Parish Cemetery with Father Guy Lavellée officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Claude Wellness Centre Box 400, St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0.
