Andrew "Dutch" Jenkins was born in Lincoln Co., Oklahoma Territory Feb 4, 1898 and lived all of his life in that area. He married Lora Marie Hoskins before 1920. They had one daughter Mildred Jenkins. About 1943 he married Thelma Looney Miller who had several children whom Dutch helped raise. Dutch was a farmer. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
