A Celebration of Life open house will be Saturday, Aug. 10 from 2-6 p.m. at her daughter's home. A full meal will be provided.

She was born Dec. 25, 1933, in Glenmont, the daughter of Sam E. and Nevada (Bell) Kinsey, and married Leslie "Rudy" Oiler on Dec. 1, 1956. He survives.
Ruth worked 22 years at Pilgrim Hills Church Camp, and was a member of Nashville Church of Christ. She attended WOW (Women of the Word). Ruth loved her family and loved to go mushroom hunting.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 56 years, are children, Stephen (Peggy) Oiler of Mooresville, N.C., Charles (Lisa) Oiler of Glenmont, and Judy (Tony) Hall of Killbuck; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Dean Kinsey of Massillon; a sister, Eileen N. Hartman of Mount Vernon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Rose Eileen; a brother; and a sister.
