Jim Gilmore

Jim Ericson Gilmore, 53 year old Big Cabin resident, died early Wednesday, January 09, 2013, at his home.

He was born December 16, 1959 in Nowata to Joe Ericson and Arthie Mae (Arning) Gilmore.

Jim was a graduate of Big Cabin High School. He was a farmer and custom hay baler all his life. Jim enjoyed fishing, trapping and going to auctions. He was a member of the Cowboy Junction Church.

The family includes; a brother, Joe Gilmore and wife Linda; sisters Shelly Borgstrom and husband Virgil and Betty Gilmore, all of Big Cabin; there are also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita.
The graveside service will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Military Cemetery near Pensacola, with Pastor Wade Markham officiating.

Friends may give to the Hope Hospice of Claremore and Owasso, 8291 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso, OK 74055. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
