Hi Charlotte,
Could you please request a transfer the correct way. It makes it a lot easier for me.
Thanks Cathy Shelley

Hi, we keep bumping into each other! Yes, Alton Dupont Spangler was my mother's brother and of course my Uncle. I'm working on my Dad's family now for a bit.

Yes, they are the same and I had her buried at the Key Family cemetery which I believe came from her death record. I'll change my data to reflect the Dobson Town Cemetery.

The name Augustine, Augustin, Augustus, Gustin, etc are all the same with not just this felow, but others with that namem too. Best bet is to use the grave marker, but I've seen graves with a different name than what was on the death record, and what was on the marriage record too. :-)

Christine Emily Draughn
Saw your post to Esther Johnson on Christine (Christina) in Surry County, and she married Achillis KEY in Surry County on 28 Oct 1894, Book C, page 2193. Record shows born about 1877 and Achillis born about 1873 and his parents were Augustine Key & Clarissa Ruth Herring. Augustine is buried at Dobson Town Cemetery and Clarissa is at the Key Family Cemetery.

RE: Relationship?
James T. Key was James C Flowers' Grandfather. I am helping "Chuck" with his family tree. He says that you communicate with his sister, Chrissy Flowers Coulter.

RE: Susan & Leonard White
Go to her memorial # 24862309 - and look on the right hand side - near the top - for the Edit tab. Click on that and you will see a list of choices - click on the top one (it says "suggest a correction or provide additional information"). This will open a box - typing in this box is like sending an email to the person who manages her memorial. Tell that person what you know about Susan and what you'd like her to add to the biographical part of the memorial.
Then press the "send this message" button at the bottom.
Better yet - send her a message (the same way) asking her to please transfer Susan's memorial page to you so that YOU can manage it and put on it whatever you want.

As for adding children - you have to link them "up" to their parents. You can link children to parents but not parents "down" to children. To link them - either make the memorials for them yourself or find those that someone else may have already made (ask that person to link them to their parents and give that person the memorial numbers for the mother and father). If YOU are doing the linking of a child to a parent - you will be able to see a lot of links on the memorial - including "edit bio", "link family members", etc on the face of the memorial page. Click on "link family members" and next to father type his memorial number, next to mother type her memorial number, same for spouse....then click "save changes".
Let me know if I need to clarify it further.
