Charles Patrick "Chuck" Gleason age 79, husband of Carole (Chalk) Gleason of Desplains, IL, died Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL.

Mr Gleason was born in Iron Mountain, MI, November 25, 1928, a son of the late William Herbert Gleason and Francis Elizabeth Gleason.

A graduate of Northwestern University, he was retired from Record Copy Services in Chicago, was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and of the Catholic Faith.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a sister, Jean Marsicano of Tampa, FL; two sisters-in-law: Ginger Chalk of Union and Rebecca Lipford and husband Lee of Moore and ten nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held 1:00 PM Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Father Michael McCafferty.

The family received friends at the graveside following the service.

Memorials could be made to the American Heart Association, Memorial and Tribute Processing Center, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA, 23058-5216.
