Donald I. Pardoe, 77, of 115 N. McAllister St., Bellefonte, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 1991, at 3:40 p.m. at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.
He was born Nov. 5, 1914, at Bellefonte, the son of Willard G. and Maude (Harpster) Pardoe. In 1933 he was married to Mabel Hunter.
He is survived by his wife, one daughter and one son, Bernice Pardoe and Kenneth Pardoe, both at home, and one sister, Winifred Miller of Tyrone.
He was a member of Faith United Methodist Churh, Undine Fire Company and the I.O.O.F., all of Bellefonte, and the Central District Volunteer Fireman's Association. He retired in 1980 as a machine designer in the engineering department of Cerro Copper and Brass.
Funeral service will be held Staurday at 2 p.m. at the Wetzler Funeral Home 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte, with the Rev. David P. McCullough, assisted by Robert Trego and J. Carl Williams, officiating. Interment will be at Centre County Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
