The Funeral Service will be at Carr Funeral Home Guntersville on Wednesday, April 9, 2014,
3:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Phillip Cody. Burial will follow in Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Grove. Pallbearers are Chris Cooper, Punchy Stover, Curt Hyelman,
Heath Smothers, Scott Pinkerton, and Tim Harper. Honorary Pallbearers are Don Kelly, Wayne Hunt, Wayne Cooper, Bubba Ellis and Dakota Wells.
Mr. Cooper is survived by his mother, Virginia Cooper Cook; wife, Darlene Cooper; son, Punchy Stover; daughter, Michelle Stover; grandchildren, Brenda Jones and Dakota Wells; brothers, Danny Cooper (Pam), James Cook (Diane), Ron Cook (Debbie); sisters, Charlotte Murphree (Rodney), Shirley Baggett (Joe), Ernestine Cook, Jean McCarty; special friend, Debbie Filmore; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by fathers: Lewis Nathaniel (Dan) Cooper and Rev. Willie Cook and brothers, Billy Wayne Cooper and Buddy Cook.
