RANEY D. BOUTHOT, 63, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013. Born in Wilmington, N.C., Raney was the owner of Reggie's Small Engines for 34 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 241 and was Commander from 1994 to 1998. He enjoyed fishing, boating, cooking and watching T.V. westerns. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kathy; two sons, Shannon Bouthot of Fort Wayne, and Thane (Tanya) Bouthot of Indianapolis; one daughter, Nicole Bouthot of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Samuel Bouthot; and four brothers, Ronald (Angel), Ray (Tami), Wayne and Brad, all of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reginald and Martha Markiton-Bouthot. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 at American Legion #241, 7605 Bluffton Rd. Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at American Legion #241. Donations may be made to Family LifeCare of Berne and American Legion Post #241.
